Information a CPA firm client shares with us during an engagement is governed by the services agreement between us, including its confidentiality and data handling terms, and is not covered here.
We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
This site sets no cookies of its own and loads no third-party fonts or scripts. If we later add analytics, we will update this notice first and name the provider here.
There is no contact form and no third-party form processor. The only way to reach us from this site is a plain email link, which opens in your own mail client and sends nothing to us until you send it.
Do not send confidential client information by ordinary email. That includes participant census files, payroll extracts, Social Security numbers, account numbers, and health information. Disclosing confidential client information to a service provider requires a confidentiality agreement or client consent first. Once an agreement is in place we will send you a secure portal link.
Email enquiries are retained for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of the enquiry, and are then deleted. Records connected to an engagement are retained under our records retention policy and the professional standards that apply to the work.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@stableloops.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, and we will honor them.
